All agency employees are thoroughly screened though the Florida Department of Law Enforcement prior to their commencement of employment with Tender Care Health Services, Corp.

Tender Care Home Health Services, Corp. is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency. In order to provide quality care to all our patients, our agency also accepts the following methods of payment:

• Workman Compensation
• Self Pay

Tender Care Home Health Services, Corp. will verify all benefit eligibility and covered services before rendering services to the patient. We will notify the patient or the patient's family of any financial liability which may be incurred by the patient and complete all related paperwork. The above services are available per visit throughout the calendar years as needed by the patient ordered by the physician, and approved by the payor source.
